-Sixty-eight (68) people will be selected at random to compete in the contest on Sunday, March 11 from the form below.
-They MUST be able to attend the event in order to compete in the contest.
-Ten (10) additional listeners will also be selected at random for our reserves list.
-You will be notified within 48 hours if you have been selected to compete in the event at Mulligan's on Sunday, March 11.
-You will be awarded a team to follow through the tournament, if your team wins you will win an autographed Aaron Rodgers mini helmet and $200 Mulligan's gift card
